PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT IF IN CASE THERE WILL BE A RETURN FROM THE CUSTOMER AND WHICH THE CUSTOMER IS AT FAULT, DELIVERY CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE. 

RETURNS AND DELIVERIES

*You may return the product only below following reasons:

- wrong product received

- damaged product

 

In case you wanted to return the products due to wrong products you ordered OR suddenly changing your mind, we apologize but STRICTLY NO RETURN POLICY as we regards our products of high quality and value.

But, in case you want to really exchange your product to something else, customer will be the one to shoulder the RETURN AND EXCHANGE delivery fees.

 

PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME TO READ THE PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY TO AVOID INCONVENIENCE. 

Products purchased from Origine Aromatherapy can be returned within 7 days of UNUSED products only. 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. 

If you receive a wrong product, please contact the customer center immediately. Email us support@originearomatherapy.com 

Returns are generally processed between 2-7 business days from purchase, and you will receive an email / whatsapp confirmation once your return has been processed.
