History and Origin
Lemon tree as we know it was already cultivated in China 3000 years ago. Today, it is mainly found in Mediterranean climates. The lemon tree would be a natural hybrid between citron (Citrus medica).

Lemon is used in recipes of desserts, pastry, jams, etc.
Environment
Lemon oil purifies and disinfects ambient air while helping in the elimination of undesired smells (food, smoke, tobacco, mold, etc.). It can be added to your laundry soap and to your all-purpose cleaner.
Perfumery

Safety
- Avoid sun exposure after external use of lemon oil, highly photosensitizing.
- Lemon oil is dermoagressive and must be used diluted on sensitive skins. A skin reaction test is recommended before any use.
- The oil should be avoided in the first three months of pregnancy and in children under five.
