Event Booking Terms & Conditions


Welcome to Origine Aromatherapy! We create luxurious, natural aromatherapy products, custom scents, and immersive workshops and events. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Introduction

Origine Aromatherapy operates in the United Arab Emirates. Our offerings include handcrafted aromatherapy products, custom scent formulations, workshops, and private or corporate events. By booking our services or making a purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

2. Payments & Deposit

  • A deposit is required to confirm your event or workshop booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward rescheduling within a mutually agreed timeframe.

  • The remaining balance is due prior to the event or workshop.

  • Payments can be made via Visa or MasterCard debit or credit cards, or transfer  in AED or other supported currencies.

3. Age Requirement

All customers must be 18 years or older to book events, workshops, or purchase products. Minors may participate only under adult supervision.

4. Custom Products, Workshops & Experiences

  • Many of our offerings are customized or handmade, including perfumes, candles, creams, and other aromatherapy products.

  • All event and workshop details must be confirmed in advance to ensure proper preparation.

  • Experiences include Perfume Bars, DIY workshops, Aromatherapy sessions, and private/custom events.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products and workshops, returns are not accepted.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us promptly at support@originearomatherapy.com. We will assess and resolve the issue.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made within the agreed timeframe.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Certain services may have a No Refund / No Cancellation policy, which will be communicated before booking.


7. Safety & Liability

  • All workshops and events are conducted by trained professionals.

  • Customers must disclose allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before participation.

  • Origine Aromatherapy is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed information.

8. Photography & Marketing

  • During events and workshops, photographs or videos may be taken for marketing purposes.

  • If you prefer not to appear in content, please notify us in advance.

9. Changes to Terms

Origine Aromatherapy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
